Highlights from these releases:

TTS got a major upgrade with 13 speech providers, personas, overrides, and diagnostics

Google Live Talk support

Better Ollama / local model handling

OTEL observability for model calls, tools, exec, cost, memory pressure, and more

Faster plugin startup with lighter registry loading

openclaw migrate for Claude Desktop / Claude Code / Hermes setups

One-command Matrix E2EE setup

Better compaction for large transcripts

Browser control, install/update, Docker, and plugin repair fixes

Cerebras joins the bundled provider set

4.25 make agents “less of a black box”: 13 TTS providers, OTEL tracing for model calls, token cost, tool loops and memory pressure, plus faster plugin startup through registry-based loading. In short: less mystery, more observability, debugging and production confidence.

4.26 is more like a big community cleanup + expansion wave and "the Clawtributors showed up hard". but it is basically four things: Talk got real, local models got better, migration/setup got less painful, and the plugin system got dramatically faster too.

Just update to 4.26 and everything is fine for my old workflow.. about to try those new speech features, let see what happens...
