As everyone else has been experiencing, I have a package tied up in Memphis. First it was a document that the seller provided that they couldn’t read, so I had to contact the seller from Japan and get them to resubmit. Then after waiting several days with no movement, I called both customs and FedEx logistics and it came out that I needed to fill out a CBP 5106 form. I signed it immediately and then called the next morning to confirm they received the docusign as well as emailing paperwork@fedex.com with a copy. After waiting another few days I called back to find out my form is “in queue to be submitted”.

I understand the volume and infuriating tariffs that they have to deal with but man….
