I always look at the long term especially when I frequently add new skills or update something so that I won't have any problems contradicting with future context.

It's also one of the reason why I compile everything on a note so that I can cross check it but I'm looking to see any other options to set it up with lesser problems using it for both personal and work purposes btw,
