<p>🗳️A recent investigation by The Detroit News found that pro-Israel lobbying group AIPAC has shifted how it funnels money into Rep. Haley Stevens’ campaign as its role in Democratic primaries is increasingly scrutinized.<br>

Rather than bundling direct donations under AIPAC’s name, donors are now routed through a third-party processor called Democracy Engine, allowing millions in pro-Israel funding to reach Stevens without AIPAC appearing prominently in campaign filings.<br>

The investigation also found that a pro-Israel Super PAC launched a $5.3 million ad blitz backing Stevens ahead of Michigan’s Democratic Senate primary, giving her a massive financial advantage over progressive challengers Mallory McMorrow and Abdul El-Sayed.</p>
