Friend advised 'connect your car to the home charger if staying home a particular daytime (and on intelligent go) as sometime octopus gives daytime offer same as night rate. This then does a little daytime ccar charge same rate as night and also domestic things like washer/tumbler then get the parallel time daytime tariff benefit too. Also suggested if car isn't above daytime charging, dont get benefit for washer etc.. True ir false...Don't have a clue when these days would be unless octopus pre notify you of upcoming. Of course i imagine carries on the designated charging overnight if above happened?. Confused here... sorry. Thoughts?
