This is what my ideology/philosophy is and I am wondering what you guys would think about it.

Paternal Socialism, also called Conservative Social Populism, is a political ideology combining economic populism, Christian communitarianism, nationalism, and social moderation. It advocates a worker-first economy, strong families and communities, national economic independence, and a state willing to restrain corporate power while preserving private property, religion, local institutions, and constitutional democracy.

Unlike Marxist socialism, Paternal Socialism does not seek class revolution or the abolition of private enterprise. Instead, it supports class cooperation, arguing that labor, small business, families, churches, and local communities should be protected from both predatory capitalism and revolutionary socialism.

Economically, it favors policies such as tariffs, industrial policy, apprenticeship programs, anti-monopoly enforcement, family-supporting wages, affordable housing, infrastructure investment, domestic manufacturing, and limits on corporate influence in politics. It may support unions, cooperatives, profit-sharing, and public options when they strengthen workers without creating total state control.

Socially, Paternal Socialism is rooted in cultural conservatism and Christian moral responsibility, but is generally not theocratic. It emphasizes family stability, public order, civic duty, religious liberty, patriotism, and community life, while allowing a degree of social tolerance on private matters.

Politically, it is usually national-populist, anti-oligarchic, and reformist. It rejects both libertarian free-market conservatism and progressive identity politics, presenting itself as a “third way” between laissez-faire capitalism and left-wing socialism.

In short:

Paternal Socialism is a pro-worker, pro-family, nationalist, Christian-influenced ideology that uses state power to protect ordinary people, strengthen communities, and discipline both corporate elites and radical movements without abolishing private property or constitutional democracy.
